Patented Techniche HyperKewl equine neck coolers prevents heat stroke as it "superchargers" the body's natural cooling process as the innovative evaporative cooling fabric absorbs and slowly releases water through evaporation. Covers a key cooling point on horses body and provides temperatures that are 15-20 degrees (F) cooler than the ambient temperature.
