While many of our products designed for canines and horses are usable by everyone, certain clearly marked items are intended only for service animals and their handlers. Service animals in training and owner trained service animals are welcome to purchase items from us as well. Per federal law in the United States, a service animal is a dog, or miniature horse in some cases, that has been specifically trained to do tasks which mitigate their handler’s disability. In some states, misrepresenting a service animal is punishable by law. We reserve the right to refuse sale of service animal specific items to individuals who may be misrepresenting a service animal.
